Lake Terrace in the JLT area is a favorite among tourists and expats. Its proximity to the metro (3 minutes away), walking distance to the sea, well-developed infrastructure, and convenient transport connections make this building highly attractive for residents. Built in 2008 by DAMAC Properties, who also manages it, the building is regularly maintained and renovated, ensuring its high quality.
Initial condition
At the start of our work, the apartment lacked lighting, had medium wear, and was equipped with wardrobes in the main room and kitchen cabinets. This property was purchased with the goal of generating income through rental.

After approving the estimate and design project with you, we will do everything and organize it independently, sending you weekly reports. However, if you want to immerse yourself in the process and take an active part, this is possible.
We send you weekly photo and video reports, in which the results of the work will be clearly visible, in the chat. Also, if necessary, we have online calls available in a convenient way for you (Zoom/Google Meet), where we can discuss the details and any questions you might have.
