No, neither you nor the landlord need to take any action. We manage everything, ensuring that landlords receive their payments seamlessly, and you receive your commissions for referring them.

Only you. Once our sales team successfully signs a management contract with your landlord, we credit your commission. Commissions are accumulated in the Finance section of our platform. You can request a payout at any time.

No, there is no minimum amount. You can withdraw any accumulated funds. This is one of the advantages of our partnership program.

There are two payout options available: directly to your bank account or in cash at our office in Dubai. You choose the method each time you request a payout.

Yes, you can send us your landlords in bulk. We will add them for you, and they will appear in the platform’s interface.

Our platform includes a CRM section that mirrors the real-time activities of your lead within our internal CRM system. This allows you to monitor the entire journey of your lead through our sales pipeline.

In your personal dashboard on our platform, a unique link and QR code are generated for you, directing to our property management website. You can place them on various materials, share them with your audience on social media, or use them however you prefer. When someone visits our website through your link and submits an application via the form or chat, they are added to our system with a note indicating they came from you. This lead will be rewarded with the same commission as a lead submitted directly through the form.
