Fraud Alert: Pavel Kuchinsky

Dear Stonetree Vacation Homes Clients,
Important Information.

For your safety, we wish to inform you that cases of fraud have been identified involving an individual named Pavel Kuchinsky, who is illegally representing himself as an employee of Stonetree Vacation Homes, as well as an employee of other companies operating in the Holiday Homes sector in Dubai.

This individual has been offering clients to make payments in cash or to third-party accounts, after which he ceases all communication, does not provide the apartments, and does not return the funds received.

A criminal case has now been opened against this individual with Dubai Police, and he is currently wanted.

We draw your special attention to the following: under no circumstances should you transfer funds to accounts not belonging to Stonetree Vacation Homes, make transfers to private individuals, or make cash payments without receiving official written confirmation and a corresponding payment document (receipt) issued by the company.

We ask you to remain vigilant and always verify information about company employees and acceptable payment methods. If you have any information that may assist in the investigation of this case, please contact us.
