Built in 2010 by Emaar Properties, this building is actually part of a complex consisting of three buildings sharing a private area. Located in Dubai Marina, it offers residents access to entertainment, cafes, restaurants, and other local infrastructure. The complex features a BBQ area, playground, pool, gym with professional flooring, jacuzzi, and green plantings.
Initial condition
This apartment, part of the owner's investment portfolio, came to us unfurnished and with medium wear and tear. Our team faced a major issue with high humidity on the walls during inspection. The goal was to prepare the apartment for short-term rental.

After approving the estimate and design project with you, we will do everything and organize it independently, sending you weekly reports. However, if you want to immerse yourself in the process and take an active part, this is possible.
We send you weekly photo and video reports, in which the results of the work will be clearly visible, in the chat. Also, if necessary, we have online calls available in a convenient way for you (Zoom/Google Meet), where we can discuss the details and any questions you might have.
