We purchased this apartment for our client to renovate and rent out for short and long-term leases. It needed updates after being occupied by a long-term tenant and had no furniture.

After approving the estimate and design project with you, we will do everything and organize it independently, sending you weekly reports. However, if you want to immerse yourself in the process and take an active part, this is possible.
